Chat Support Representative - Remote Work

Katara Hospitality is seeking a Chat Support Representative to join our team on a full-time remote basis. As a Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through online chat platforms. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service who are looking to transition into a remote work environment.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through online chat platforms 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner 3. Educate customers about our products and services 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 5. Collaborate with team members to improve customer support processes 6. Meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field 2. Adaptable and resilient personality traits 3. Strong teamwork and planning skills 4. Excellent written communication skills 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment 6. Proficiency in using online chat platforms 7. High school diploma or equivalent
