Job Description:
As a Client Relations Manager at Aspire Zone Foundation, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients in a remote work setting. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any issues or concerns they may have. Your role will be pivotal in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Responsibilities: - Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs and expectations - Develop and maintain client relationships through regular check-ins and updates - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are being met - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services - Address any client concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner - Provide regular reports and updates to management on client feedback and satisfaction - Work to exceed client expectations and drive long-term relationships with key accounts
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 8 years of experience in client relations or account management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities - Energetic and self-motivated individual - Excellent negotiation and presentation skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Experience working remotely is a plus
