Client Service Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description: Qatar National Cement Company is seeking a Client Service Assistant to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. As an Entry Level role, this position is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are resilient, driven, and possess strong communication and research skills. The Client Service Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other communication channels to address inquiries and provide support - Maintain and update client records and databases - Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities - Assist with the preparation of client reports and presentations - Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, and tracking client interactions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve clients

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative role - Resilient and driven personality traits - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong research skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
