Job Description - Client Servicing (Account Manager)

Experience: 4-5 years.


As an Account Manager, you will be a pivotal part of our accounts team, reporting directly to the Account Director. Your role will involve managing client relationships, driving project coordination, and ensuring that advertising campaigns are executed seamlessly. With your exceptional organizational skills and client-focused mindset, you will contribute to the success of our agency and the satisfaction of our clients.



Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Account Director to develop and execute advertising strategies that align with client objectives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries.
  • Oversee the execution of advertising campaigns, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including creative, production, and strategy, to meet client goals.
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports and performance updates to clients.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for campaign optimization and growth within client accounts.
  • Foster positive client relationships through attentive communication and exceptional service.
  • Keep informed about industry trends and best practices, integrating insights into client strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • years of experience in account management within an advertising agency or similar environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and collaboration platforms.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Familiarity with advertising strategies, creative processes, and media planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build client relationships.
