Client Support Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Katara Hospitality is seeking a Client Support Assistant to join our team in a remote work setting. As a Client Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. You will interact with clients via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients to provide support and assistance with their inquiries or issues - Provide information about products and services in a clear and concise manner - Resolve client complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and success - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures - Meet and exceed key performance indicators and targets

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service or client support role - Confident and independent personality traits - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a team setting and independently - Innovative problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
