Job Description - Commercial Excellent Director Pharma

Develop and implement strategies to drive commercial excellence across the pharmaceutical business unit
Lead the design and execution of sales and marketing initiatives to optimise revenue and market share
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of commercial activities
Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in sales and marketing operations
Provide leadership and guidance to sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
