Job Description - Contact Center Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:


The Qatar Foundation is seeking a motivated and energetic Contact Center Associate to join our remote team. As a Contact Center Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is an entry-level position, making it a great opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in customer service.


Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries 2. Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner 3. Provide product or service information to customers 4. Input customer data accurately into the system 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction 6. Stay current on product knowledge and updates 7. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies 8. Meet or exceed targeted goals and metrics 9. Handle customer inquiries via email or live chat as needed


Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field 2. Energetic and hardworking personality 3. Strong problem-solving skills 4. Ability to think creatively and innovate solutions 5. Excellent communication skills 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 7. Proficiency with computer systems and software 8. High school diploma or equivalent
