Job Description - Contact Center Manager - Remote Work

Msheireb Properties, a leading real estate development company in Doha, Qatar, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Contact Center Manager to join our team. This is a remote work position, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.


As a Contact Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our customer service team. You will be tasked with managing a team of contact center agents, ensuring that they provide exceptional service to our customers at all times. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and streamline processes within the contact center.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of contact center agents, providing coaching and guidance as needed - Monitor and evaluate agent performance, providing feedback and implementing corrective actions when necessary - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase efficiency within the contact center - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Handle escalations and resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with other departments to address customer inquiries and concerns - Develop and maintain contact center performance metrics and reports for senior management


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 7+ years of experience in a customer service or contact center management role - Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - Passionate about delivering excellent customer service - Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Experience with people management and presentation skills - Proven track record of driving performance improvements within a contact center environment
