Customer Service Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Al Shaqab is seeking a motivated and energetic Customer Service Associate to join our team on a remote work basis. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, order placement, and issue resolution. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies. 7. Handle escalated customer issues and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. 8. Utilize creativity and presentation skills to effectively communicate with customers.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset. 3. Ability to work independently in a remote work environment. 4. Driven and energetic personality with a passion for customer service. 5. Soft skills such as creativity and presentation are a plus. 6. Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service. 7. Ability to prioritize understanding and empathy in all interactions.
