Estithmar Holding is seeking a motivated and independent Customer Service Associate to join our remote team in Doha, Qatar. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat. This role requires critical thinking skills and the ability to adapt to different situations to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information in a timely manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints with professionalism and empathy - Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management - Meet or exceed performance goals and metrics set by the company

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to problem-solve effectively - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment - Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment - Innovation mindset and willingness to take on new challenges - High school diploma or equivalent
