Job Description - Customer Service Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:


Qatar National Broadband Network is currently seeking a motivated and resilient Customer Service Representative to join our team on a full-time basis. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely from Doha, Qatar.


As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve complaints, process orders, and provide information about our products and services. Additionally, you will work closely with our internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.


Responsibilities: - Manage incoming customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Process orders and provide customers with information about products and services - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and concerns - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Meet and exceed customer service goals and targets


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Leadership qualities and ability to adapt to change - Motivated and resilient attitude
