Qatar Aluminum Limited is seeking a highly experienced and driven Customer Support Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing the successful candidate to work from anywhere in the world. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional, the ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the customer support team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service efficiency and effectiveness - Provide guidance and support to team members, including training and development opportunities - Monitor customer support metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues, ensuring timely resolution - Collaborate with other teams within the company to address customer needs and concerns - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer support - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience in a customer support management role - Strong leadership and people management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think strategically and implement effective solutions - Resourceful and confident in decision-making - Experience with remote team management is a plus
