Responsibilities
• Oversee guest satisfaction in all F&B outlets • Maintain department communication and implement policies • Lead Outlet Managers and provide training • Stay informed about market competition and trends • Conduct quality control and collaborate with Chefs • Handle guest complaints and perform Duty Manager tasks
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business, or related field (Master's degree is a plus) • Proven experience as a Director of Food & Beverage in a luxury hospitality setting • Fluency in verbal and written English • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs • In-depth knowledge of F&B trends and best practices • Strong leadership skills • Financial acumen with the ability to analyze financial statements
