• Manage all freight forwarding functions, including routing shipments to Qatar from various countries, overseeing import documentation, and coordinating transportation logistics.
• Supervise Customs clearance processes and transporter activities, promptly identifying and resolving local compliance issues.
• Implement strategies to reduce costs and negotiate favorable rates with line agents and transporters.
• Ensure exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Handle challenging project shipments for clients, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations.
• Proficiency in freight forwarding software and tools.
• Strong understanding of international shipping regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
