We are looking for an Online Reputation Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing our online presence and reputation across various digital channels. You will work closely with our digital marketing team to develop and execute strategies to build and maintain a positive online reputation for our brand.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor our online reputation across various digital channels, including social media, review sites, and forums
• Respond to customer reviews and feedback in a timely and professional manner
• Develop and execute strategies to build and maintain a positive online reputation for our brand
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to develop and execute online reputation management campaigns
• Work with internal teams to identify and address any issues or concerns that may impact our online reputation
• Stay up-to-date with the latest online reputation management trends and technologies
• Develop and implement processes and systems to streamline online reputation management operations

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  
• 3+ years of experience in online reputation management, with a focus on digital channels
  
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and review sites
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and stakeholders
  
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
  
• Familiarity with digital marketing channels and tactics, including social media advertising and paid search advertising
  
• Familiarity with web analytics tools and online reputation management software
  
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
