About the role

In this role, you will be leading the conceptual planning and execution of the whole Digital marketing budget with the objective of achieving its KPIs. You will be ensuring the right digital marketing technologies and processes are in place to deliver efficient and successful digital campaigns.

As part of your role, your responsibilities will be inclusive of, but not limited to the following:

• Activate the Digital marketing strategy to drive awareness as well as transactions (sales) via QR.com and all related platform
• Utilize the most relevant e-marketing technologies and data analysis methods to achieve set targets
• Budget and manage the multi-million digital marketing programs of Qatar Airway Group in the most cost-efficient way to achieve KPIs
• Accountable for monitoring performances on periodic basis of all digital channels (paid, owned and earned) and to ensure each individual channel will achieve its objectives and KPIs, by utilizing comprehensive dashboards and performance tools
• Establish the teams’ objectives and priorities to align with and support business objectives
• Keep abreast with ongoing market trends and developments
• Ensure that in performance of the role, all uses, disclosures and requests of any information (in any form) are done in accordance with data protection principles adopted by the Qatar Airways Group and are limited to what is reasonably required to accomplish the intended business purposes
• Ensure compliance to all relevant safety, security, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls across business operations to assure employee safety, security, legislative compliance and delivery of high-quality service with a responsible environmental attitude

About you

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 10 years of job-related experience within the airline industry
• Expert understanding of digital marketing techniques and advanced marketing technologies
  Proven leadership in a e-Marketing environment with strong experience of growing direct channels
• Excellent spoken and written English skills with strong negotiation, persuasion and influencing capabilities
• Ability to work with cross- functional and multi-cultural teams at all levels in a faced- paced working environment
• Data driven with strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Experience and ability to delegate work, set clear direction, and manage workflow with strong mentoring and coaching skills
