To lead and manage Performance, Strategy, Planning & Governance domains in order to reach excellence in operations to increase NPS, Customer Satisfaction as well as ensuring smooth delivery of key projects and operations across the whole Vodafone customer touch points and channels. Responsible domains –Service Assurance of channels, Planning and Governance, Project Delivery, Commercial Product and Channel Processes and Training, Go to Market Activities and Operations. The strategy is to focus on processes, service assurance and go to market operations delivered in a cost effective and efficient way by considering quality and ensuring internal and external customer experience remains uncompromised.
