Job Description

1. Coordinate limousine bookings and schedules according to client requirements.
2. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
3. Arrange transportation logistics and ensure timely arrivals and departures.
4. Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client information.
5. Address any issues or concerns raised by clients promptly and professionally.
6. Collaborate with the limousine drivers to ensure efficient service delivery.
7. Monitor vehicle maintenance and cleanliness standards.
8. Provide exceptional customer service and strive to exceed client expectations.
9. Assist in resolving any operational challenges to ensure smooth service operations.
10. Uphold company policies and standards at all times.

Skills

1. High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
2. Proven experience in a customer service or coordination role, preferably in the transportation or hospitality industry.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
5. Attention to detail and accuracy in managing bookings and schedules.
6. Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office and booking software.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
