Live Chat Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Live Chat Associate to join our team at Qatar Mobility Innovations Center. As a Remote Work Live Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat interactions with our clients. This is a full-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to provide accurate and timely responses to inquiries - Assist customers with product information, order status, account inquiries, and technical support - Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and professionally - Communicate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards all customers - Monitor chat performance metrics and strive to meet or exceed set goals - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Confident and reliable individual with excellent communication skills - Strong strategic planning and negotiation skills - Previous experience in a customer service or sales role - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
