Job Description - Live Chat Manager - Remote Work

Role: Live Chat Manager - Remote Work


Company Overview: QatarDebate is a leading organization in Doha, Qatar, dedicated to promoting and enhancing debate and discussion skills among the youth in the region. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Live Chat Manager to join our team on a full-time remote basis.


Responsibilities: - Manage the Live Chat platform to ensure prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries - Train and supervise a team of live chat agents to provide excellent customer service - Monitor chat interactions and provide feedback for continuous improvement - Analyze chat data and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels - Continuously optimize chat performance metrics such as response time and customer satisfaction


Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity - Proven track record of managing live chat channels effectively - Excellent communication and people management skills - Resilient and energetic personality traits to handle high-pressure situations - Ability to work independently and remotely, while maintaining team cohesion and motivation - Knowledge of customer service best practices and chat platforms
