Job Description:- The Outlet Assistant Manager ensures the maintenance of thehigh level of guest services at all times. This is achieved byensuring consistent and thoughtful service, demonstrated by therestaurant staff. The assistant manager is also responsible for thehiring, training and supervising the restaurant team. We arelooking for individuals who have a thorough knowledge of guestservice, cost control, labour control, menu writing, merchandising andaccounting. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of twoyears of Food & Beverage Management experience in a luxury hotelsetting. We are looking for individuals who have a thorough knowledgeof food & beverages, guest service, cost control, labour control, andexperience motivating and managing large teams. A HospitalityManagement Degree qualification is preferred, however, not essentialwith relevant experience. Preferred QualificationsAnd Skills

• Previous experience for at least2 years in a similar role with a Luxury Hotel or Resort.
• Excellent English language skills both written and verbal.
• College degree, preferably in Hospitality Management
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent interpersonal andproblem solving skills
