Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Account Support Assistant to join our team at Qatar National Broadband Network. As an Associate Level role, the Account Support Assistant will work from home and provide essential support to our account management team.
Responsibilities: 1. Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining positive relationships with clients. 2. Respond to client inquiries and provide excellent customer service. 3. Prepare reports and presentations to support account managers. 4. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction. 5. Help with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, and handling emails. 6. Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions to come up with innovative solutions for clients.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. 6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 7. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
