Account Support Associate

Job Description:

As an Account Support Associate at Vodafone Qatar, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Account Management team in maintaining client relationships and ensuring the smooth operation of accounts. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Providing day-to-day support to Account Managers in managing client accounts - Assisting with client inquiries, requests, and issue resolution - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients - Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Monitoring account performance and identifying opportunities for improvement - Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations for clients - Conducting research and analysis to support account management activities - Participating in meetings and calls with clients as needed - Supporting the team in achieving sales targets and client retention goals

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Dedicated and resilient attitude towards work - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Critical thinking skills to analyze and solve complex problems - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role
