Account Support Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Qatar National Cement Company is seeking an Account Support Associate to join our team. This is a full-time, entry-level position that can be done remotely from home. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and possess personality traits such as reliability and adaptability.

Responsibilities: - Provide support to the account management team in various tasks such as data entry, customer communication, and administrative duties. - Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client accounts. - Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service. - Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention. - Assist with generating reports and analyzing data as needed. - Attend virtual meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or account support role. - Reliable and adaptable personality traits. - Strong time management and communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
