Job Description:
Qatar Mobility Innovations Center is seeking a dedicated Remote Account Support Manager to join our dynamic team in Doha. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing and providing excellent customer support to our key accounts remotely.
Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure retention and satisfaction. 2. Serve as the primary point of contact for account-related inquiries and issues. 3. Proactively communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide ongoing support. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and find solutions. 5. Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to management. 6. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide expert advice to clients. 8. Proactively seek feedback from clients to continuously improve our service offerings.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in account management or customer support. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Energetic and driven personality with a passion for building relationships. 5. Excellent persuasion and adaptability skills to effectively influence client decisions. 6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 8. Experience working in a remote or virtual environment is preferred.
