Job Description - Account Support Manager

Job Description:


Barwa Group is seeking an Account Support Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As an Associate Level Account Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts, providing support to our sales team, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role requires a dedicated and independent individual with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Manage and nurture relationships with key client accounts - Provide support to the sales team in achieving sales targets - Conduct regular account reviews to ensure client satisfaction - Analyze client data to identify opportunities for growth - Assist in the development of strategic account plans - Communicate effectively with clients to address any issues or concerns - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field - 5+ years of experience in account management or a similar role - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Persuasion and negotiation skills - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
