Job Description - Account Support Manager

Job Description:


Al Jazeera Media Network is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Account Support Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The Account Support Manager will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and managing the day-to-day operations of assigned accounts. This position requires a minimum of 6 years of experience in account management or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients' needs are met and expectations are exceeded - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Develop and implement strategies to increase client satisfaction and retention - Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth - Prepare reports and presentations for clients and upper management - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - 6+ years of experience in account management or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience in the media industry is a plus
