Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Account Support Manager to join our team at Mall of Qatar in Doha, Qatar. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience in account management, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our remote clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with remote clients by understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet them - Serve as the main point of contact for remote clients and address any inquiries or concerns they may have - Collaborate with the sales team to upsell products and services to existing remote clients - Monitor account activity and identify opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and retention - Provide regular reports and updates on account performance to senior management - Assist in the development of strategies to improve customer experience and increase sales - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to identify potential opportunities for business growth
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in account management, preferably in a remote or virtual environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Energetic and adaptable personality traits - Strong planning skills and the ability to meet deadlines consistently
