Remote Account Support Officer

Job Description:

Meddy is seeking a Remote Account Support Officer to join our team in Doha. As a full-time position with an entry-level seniority, this role requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be energetic, motivated, with strong presentation and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities: - Providing remote support to account holders and clients - Assisting with account management and support tasks - Responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner - Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to drive business growth - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients - Analyzing data and generating reports to support business decisions - Contributing to the development of strategies to improve account performance

Requirements: - 1+ years of experience in a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent organizational and time-management abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Energetic and motivated personality traits - Presentation and strategic planning skills
