Account Support Representative

Job Description:

Qatar Museums is seeking a dedicated and passionate Account Support Representative to join our team in Doha. As an Associate Level position, the Account Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Act as the main point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, issues, and requests with a high level of professionalism. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention. 3. Assist clients with account set-up, troubleshooting, and training on our products and services. 4. Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and support to clients. 6. Provide regular reporting and updates to clients on their account status and performance. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or account support role. 3. Strong presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate with clients. 4. Proven track record of working in a team-oriented environment. 5. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 6. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations.
