Account Support Specialist

Job Description:

As an Account Support Specialist at Mall of Qatar, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Account Manager and ensuring the smooth operation of client accounts. Your primary responsibilities will include managing client inquiries, resolving any account-related issues, preparing financial reports, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns - Work closely with the Account Manager to develop and maintain client relationships - Prepare and send invoices to clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness - Monitor account balances and follow up on any outstanding payments - Assist in the preparation of financial reports for clients - Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for account growth - Provide administrative support to the Account Manager as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management or customer service - Energetic and resourceful personality traits - Strong communication skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - Experience with CRM software is a plus
