Call Center Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a Call Center Assistant to join our team at Hamad Medical Corporation in Doha, Qatar. The Call Center Assistant will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with various administrative tasks related to the call center operations. This is a full-time position at the Associate Level, requiring at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner - Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or provide information as needed - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all call interactions - Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, updating patient information, and data entry - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management - Adhere to all company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Previous experience working in a call center or customer service environment - Driven and energetic personality traits - Soft skills in strategic planning and people management - Visa sponsorship, parental leave, and vision insurance benefits offered
