Call Center Assistant

Job Description: Ezdan Holding Group is seeking a hardworking and confident Call Center Assistant to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is necessary. The Call Center Assistant will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities: - Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional manner - Provide information to customers and resolve any inquiries or issues - Update customer records and maintain accurate documentation - Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars - Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Perform data entry and other administrative duties as needed

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and attention to detail - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Emotional intelligence and the ability to make sound decisions - High school diploma or equivalent - Must be a team player and willing to learn new skills
