Call Center Assistant

Qatar Sports Investments is seeking a Call Center Assistant to join our dynamic team in Doha. As a full-time Associate Level position, the successful candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide information about products and services, handle and resolve customer complaints, and process orders. 3. Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers. 4. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction. 5. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 6. Assist in training new call center employees. 7. Monitor and analyze call center performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements: 1. Motivated and passionate individual with excellent communication skills. 2. Previous experience in a customer service or call center role. 3. Strong people management skills and the ability to think critically. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
