Job Description:
We are seeking a confident and independent Call Center Assistant to join our team at Snoonu in Doha, Qatar. As a full-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat communications. You will assist customers with inquiries, orders, and issue resolution while maintaining a high level of professionalism and efficiency.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming customer calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner. 2. Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues that may arise. 3. Manage customer complaints and escalate to the appropriate department when necessary. 4. Input and update customer information in the database accurately. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Meet call center metrics, including average handle time and customer satisfaction goals. 7. Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree preferred. 2. 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 3. Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure. 4. Excellent time management and organizational skills. 5. Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations. 6. Proficiency in using CRM software and other call center technology. 7. Must be fluent in English and Arabic.
