Job Description:
Qatar Petroleum is seeking a motivated and experienced Call Center Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time position that can be done from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate Level team member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through phone interactions with clients and customers.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner. 2. Collect and record customer information accurately. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues with efficiency and empathy. 4. Provide information about products and services offered by Qatar Petroleum. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive customer experience. 6. Meet performance goals and metrics set by management. 7. Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and data.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Resourceful and able to problem-solve independently. 3. Resilient and able to handle difficult situations with grace. 4. Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers. 5. Excellent presentation skills, both verbal and written. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required.
