Call Center Associate

Job Description: Meddy is looking for a resilient and dedicated Call Center Associate to join our team in Doha. In this entry-level position, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from patients, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls from patients and providing information about our services. 2. Scheduling appointments for patients with healthcare providers. 3. Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner. 4. Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions in the system. 5. Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth operations in the call center. 6. Assisting with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements: 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role. Strong critical thinking and creativity skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or equivalent required.
