Job Description - Call Center Manager

Job Description:


QatarDebate is seeking a dynamic and experienced Call Center Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a full-time Associate Level position, the Call Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our call center and ensuring the highest level of customer service is provided to all callers.


Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise a team of call center representatives to ensure efficient and productive operations - Develop and implement call center policies and procedures to improve overall performance - Monitor call center performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement - Provide ongoing training and support to call center staff to enhance their skills and performance - Handle escalated customer calls and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels - Prepare regular reports on call center performance and present findings to senior management


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in call center management - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Motivated self-starter with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and call center software - Experience with CRM systems preferred
