Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Remote Call Center Officer to join our team at Ooredoo Q.P.S.C. in Doha, Qatar. As a Remote Call Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and promoting our products and services.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner. 2. Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently. 4. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. 5. Maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards customers at all times. 6. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals. 8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult customers with empathy. 4. Proficiency in using CRM software and other related tools. 5. High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred. 6. Driven, energetic, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 7. Strong teamwork and emotional intelligence skills.
