Job Description:
Silatech is seeking a motivated and experienced Call Center Officer to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Call Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries - Making outgoing calls to follow up on customer issues or provide additional information - Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues as needed - Providing product and service information to customers - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions - Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Meeting sales targets and performance goals - Adhering to company policies and procedures - Providing feedback to management on customer trends and issues
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Confidence in interacting with customers and colleagues - Dedication to providing excellent customer service - Ability to negotiate and problem solve effectively - Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others - Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
