Remote Call Center Representative

Qatar Solar Technologies is seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Remote Call Center Representative. This entry-level position is perfect for someone who is looking to kickstart their career in customer service and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with inquiries or issues - Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or resolve any outstanding matters - Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times - Input customer information and updates into the database accurately - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations

Requirements: - Energetic and reliable with a positive attitude - Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers - Strong decision-making skills and the ability to think on your feet - A team player who can work collaboratively with colleagues - No previous experience required, as on-the-job training will be provided
