Call Center Specialist

Job Description:

Barwa Group is seeking a Call Center Specialist to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries - Making outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or issues - Providing accurate information to customers regarding products or services - Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively - Documenting all customer interactions in the system - Collaborating with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues - Meeting call center metrics and goals - Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a call center environment - Resourceful and motivated individual with excellent communication skills - Adaptability to handle various customer situations and inquiries - Strong planning and organizational skills - Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task effectively
