Job Description:
Qatar Foundation is seeking a dedicated and passionate Call Center Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. This position offers the opportunity to work from home, providing customer support services to our valued clients. As a Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and efficient manner.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle a high volume of incoming calls from customers and provide timely and accurate information. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve issues. 3. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member. 4. Document all customer interactions in the company's CRM system. 5. Conduct research to resolve customer complaints or inquiries. 6. Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a positive attitude. 7. Meet or exceed productivity and quality metrics. 8. Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction. 9. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies. 10. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong decision-making abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other technology tools. 6. Strong research skills to find solutions to customer inquiries. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred. 8. Must be able to work remotely and have a reliable internet connection. 9. Must be able to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary. 10. Must be fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
