Call Center Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Vodafone Qatar is seeking a Call Center Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis, working remotely from home. As an Associate Level professional with at least 4 years of experience in a call center environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and escalations related to products and services. 3. Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions. 4. Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records in the system. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Meet set performance metrics for call resolution, customer satisfaction, and quality.

Requirements: 1. Passionate about customer service and dedicated to providing exceptional service. 2. Hardworking individual with a strong work ethic. 3. Excellent teamwork skills and ability to collaborate with colleagues. 4. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 5. Proven experience working in a call center environment. 6. Proficiency in using call center software and CRM systems.
