Remote Chat Support Representative

Job Description:

Qatar Rail is currently seeking a Remote Chat Support Representative to join our dynamic team in Doha. As a Remote Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through online chat platforms. This position requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues through online chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information and support to customers regarding products, services, and policies - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the relevant departments - Proactively identify and address customer needs to ensure a positive customer experience - Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while multitasking in a fast-paced environment - Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and exceed customer expectations - Meet and exceed individual performance goals and targets set by the company

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Energetic and adaptable personality with a positive attitude - Strong negotiation skills and leadership abilities - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and remotely - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
