Job Description - Remote Chat Support Representative

Job Description:


As a Remote Chat Support Representative at Ezdan Holding Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. You will assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues related to our products and services.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner through online chat - Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers - Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers - Document all customer interactions accurately in the company database - Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards set by the company - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product updates and changes to ensure accurate and efficient support


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or technical support role - Resourceful and confident personality traits - Strong critical thinking and strategic planning skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in typing and using online chat platforms - High school diploma or equivalent required - Must have a quiet workspace and reliable internet connection for remote work
