Job Description - Chat Support Specialist

Job Description:


Qatar Airways is seeking a Chat Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Doha. As a Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our online chat platform. This role is crucial in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and ensuring that our passengers have a seamless experience when interacting with our airline.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through our online chat platform in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, ensuring a positive outcome for the customer. 3. Utilize negotiation and decision-making skills to find solutions to customer problems. 4. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience. 5. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers. 6. Meet and exceed performance targets related to response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction. 7. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for further investigation and resolution. 8. Provide feedback to the management team on customer trends and issues to improve processes and procedures.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. 2. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 3. Energetic and reliable personality traits. 4. Strong negotiation and decision-making skills. 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. 8. Ability to work well in a team environment. 9. Full-time availability with flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
