Remote Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

Qatar Sports Investments is seeking a talented and experienced Remote Client Relations Manager to join our team in Doha. As a Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention. This role requires a high level of adaptability, motivation, attention to detail, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of clients remotely, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining open communication and addressing any concerns they may have - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to existing clients - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery of services - Monitor client feedback and satisfaction levels, taking proactive steps to address any issues or concerns - Track key performance metrics related to client satisfaction and retention

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - 8+ years of experience in client relations or account management roles - Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities - Ability to work independently and be self-motivated - Experience with remote client management is a plus - Knowledge of the sports industry or related fields is preferred
