Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

Qatar Biobank is seeking a Client Relations Manager to join our dynamic team in Doha. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for all client inquiries and concerns - Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients - Identify new business opportunities and upsell additional services to current clients - Provide exceptional customer service and address any client issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Analyze client feedback and make recommendations for improvement - Develop client retention strategies to ensure high satisfaction rates - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge - Prepare regular reports on client activity and revenue projections - Monitor client contracts and ensure compliance with company policies

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience as a Client Relations Manager or a similar role - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Motivated and independent with a positive attitude - Attention to detail and adaptability in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and events
