Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

Qatar Biobank is seeking a motivated and hardworking Client Relations Manager to join our team in Doha. As a Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and that they are satisfied with our services.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries and concerns. 2. Develop and implement client retention strategies to ensure long-term satisfaction. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve any issues that may arise. 4. Conduct regular client meetings to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement. 5. Monitor client satisfaction levels and track key performance indicators. 6. Provide regular reports to senior management on client engagement and satisfaction. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations. 8. Participate in networking events and industry conferences to build relationships with potential clients.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in client relations or account management. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to conduct research and analyze data to drive decision-making. 5. Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships. 6. Excellent organizational and time management skills. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
